Return, Refund, Exchange, & Cancellation Policy

At Waggety, we want to ensure your pets stay safe, healthy, and happy with your purchase. If for any reason, they’re not, we offer a 10-day return policy.

Eligibility for Return:

Items must be undamaged, unopened, in their original packing, and in original condition. For your protection and ours, we recommend that you record a video as you unpack your order. A receipt or other evidence of purchase—such as unboxing videos or pictures—must be presented. After delivery, items must be returned within ten days.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at Pawsitivity@waggety.in to initiate the return process.

2. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon arrival, check your order, and let us and the shipping company know right away if anything is amiss or damaged.

Exchanges:

Return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we've received and reviewed the return, we'll let you know. Refunds will be sent using the original payment method if they are authorised. Please give your bank or credit card company some time to complete the refund processing.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hrs of placing the order. Once the stipulated time frame has exceeded, we will not accept any cancellation requests.
